1、提要目的：观察柴桂消瘿汤治疗慢性淋巴细胞性甲状腺炎的临床疗效及对甲状腺激素（FT3、FT4、TSH）和甲状腺相关抗体（TPOAbTGAb）的影响。方法：将60例慢性淋巴细胞性甲状腺炎患者随机分为两组，治疗组予柴桂消瘿汤配合西药优甲乐治疗，对照组予西药优甲乐治疗，30天为一个疗程，连续治疗两个疗程。观察两组治疗前后的临床症状体征、甲状腺激素水平、甲状腺自身抗体的水平。结果：临床数据经统计学分析表明，治疗组总有效率93.3%，对照组总有效率73.3%，总有效有率存在差异（P<0.05）。治疗组和对照组治疗前后症状均有改善，

2、治疗组在改善颈部肿大、乏力症状、情绪低落方面作用更明显，与对照组比较有差异，P<0.05。治疗组和对照均能升高FT3、FT4，降低TSH，治疗前后比较均差异，P<0.05；治疗后组间比较无显著性差异，P>0.05。在改善免疫指标方面，治疗组和对照组均能降低甲状腺相关抗体（TPOAbTGAb）水平，与治疗前比较有统计学差异，P<0.05；治疗后甲状腺相关抗体（TPOAbTGAb）组间比较均有统计学差异。结论：柴桂消瘿汤治疗慢性淋巴细胞性甲状腺炎疗效确切，既能有效改善慢性淋巴细胞性甲状腺炎患者的临床症状，又能降低甲状腺自身
