1、遵义医学院硕士学位论文成人膝部和小腿高频超声检查及临床应用姓名:柳展梅申请学位级别:硕士专业:影像医学与核医学指导教师:鄂占森201205遵义医学院硕士学位论文中文摘要成人膝部和小腿高频超声检查及临床应用中文摘要目的:明确正常成人膝部和小腿及患者膝部和小腿病变的声像图特征。方法:使用高频超声检查30例(男16例,女14例)正常成人60只膝部和小腿,描述并记录正常成人膝部和小腿的肌肉、肌腱、韧带、神经、血管、骨骼的毗邻关系及其声像图特征;测量正常成人腓总神经绕过腓骨颈处的横截面积,膝关节动脉网诸血管的峰
2、值血流速度等参数;描述并记录50例患者膝部和小腿病变的声像图特征。结果:本研究以骨骼、肌肉、肌腱、韧带、神经和血管为解剖标志,得出正常成人膝部和小腿的多个切面声像图;首次阐明膝关节动脉网诸血管的分布特点及频谱特征;阐明了比目鱼肌腱弓、胭肌及肌腱、腓深神经穿骨筋膜管处的超声解剖学及其意义;全面阐述了膝关节附着肌腱、韧带及半月板病变的声像特征;具体描述了膝关节周围滑囊病变的特征;分类总结了小腿肌肉、神经、骨骼常见病变的声像图特征;具体报告了小腿深静脉(包括肌内静脉)扩张及交通支扩张的声像特点及相互关系。测
