2、关性进行研究，以探讨SIOOA4蛋白和IdMP一2的表达与宫颈鳞癌的临床病理学关系。结果1．SIOOA4蛋白在正常宫颈组织中不表达；在宫颈鳞癌组织中，SIOOA4蛋白的阳性表达率为41．67％(25／60)，阴性表达率为58．33％(35／60)。SIOOA4蛋白在宫颈鳞癌中的表达与I临床分期、淋巴结转移和肿瘤直径有关(PO．05)。2．MMP一2在正常宫颈组织中表达率为20％(3／15)；在宫颈鳞癌组织中的阳性表达率为88．33％(53／60)，阴性表达率为11．67(7／60)。删P一2在宫颈鳞癌组织中的
