1、摘要实践导向的教师培训是当前世界教师在职教育的新趋势。了解与把握这一新趋势，是我国教育比较研究，尤其是有关教师教育领域研究的一个重要课题。目前国内外对这个课题的研究尚不丰富，尤其缺少对以实践为切入点的教师培训的系统研究。本文在对已有的相关研究文献进行综述和对西方国家相关模式进行探讨的基础上，主要采用文献研究法、比较研究法，从理论研究到实践探索，对当前世界实践导向的教师培训进行了系统的研究，并在此基础上探索了实践导向教师培训的发展趋势，以期为重新审视我国的教师培训模式提供良好的视角，并为我国教师培训模式的建构提供借鉴。全文共分为四个部分：第一部分为理论基础。提出了以现象

2、学作为本研究的理论基础，并从多方面阐述了现象学与实践导向教师培训之间的关系。第二部分为实践导向教师培训的理念转向。介绍教育学者关于教师培训的理论，并进一步分析了这些理论对实践导向教师培训研究的推动作用。第三部分为实践导向教师培训的现实样态。首先，介绍英、美、日等国有关基于实践的教师培训模式，并对其进行了简要的评述；其次，在上述研究的基础下，教师培训领域中进行了诸如教育行动研究、教育叙事研究等实践探索。第四部分为思考与启示。本文在对上述三部分研究的基础上，得出实践导向教师培训的发展趋势，并结合当前我国教师培训基本现状，反思实践导向教师培训带给我国的启示，以期对我国的教师
