2、e．ThisarticleaimstoexploretherelationshipbetweencashholdingandfinngrowthofthelistedCarmanufacturercompanies，SOastoenrichtheresearchareaofcashandfirmgrowth，andprovideatheoreticalreferenceforcashmanagementandthecashutilizationefficiency．Thispaperusedescriptivestatisticalanalysisandm

3、ultipleregressionanalysismethods，onthebasisofpreviousstudies，firstanalysisandverificationtheimpactfactorsofcashboldingofCarmanufacturer,andfoundthatfirmsize，bankdebt,debtstructureandboardsizearesignificantlyrelatedwithcashholding．Basedonthis，analysistherelationshipbetweencashholdi
