2、文选取了上海嘉定区某家服装制造企业371名员工作为研究样本，使用SCL-90症状自评量表测量企业员工的心理健康状况，并运用统计学方法对企业员工的心理健康状况作进一步的研究分析，比较不同性别、年龄、文化程度、户籍、工作性质的员工心理状况。研究结果得出：女性在人际敏感、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖4个因子上的得分高于男性；SCL-90的9个因子中，在强迫症状、人际关系、偏执和抑郁4个因子上出现心理问题的员工较多；企业员工心理健康状况因性别、文化程度、户籍、工作性质的不同而存在一定的差异。最后，在调查研究的基础上，对可能影响心理健康状况的因素作了分析，并从个体和
