1、AbstractObjective：ToinvestigatecorrelationbetweenHCMVactivatedinfectionwithTlymphocytesubsets、HLAandrenalfunctionchangesinrenaltransplantation．Becauseofpreoperativedialysisandpostoperativeimmunosuppressant，renaltransplantpatientsalwayshaveHCMVprimaryinfectionandlatentinfectionactiv

2、atedopportunity．Methods：45patientsofrenaltransplantwereselected．Preoperativeandpostoperativebloodspecimensweretrackingcollected．HCMVactivatedinfectionwasdetectedbyRT—PCR，whilelymphocytesubsetsusedflowcytometrytest．Results：(1)HCMVactivatedinfectionratewas11．1％beforerenaltransplantat

3、ionand57．8％after(2)AfterrenaltransplantationtheHCMVactivatedinfectiongrouprisedCD4+，CD8+、CD4+／CD8+reduceeveninverted，comparedwithHCMVnoactivatedinfectiongroup，withstatisticaldifference(P
