1、外周血泌乳素水平及T淋巴细胞亚群相关性探究【摘要】目的本通过研究外周血PRL水平与T淋巴细胞亚群变化的相关性,以探讨泌乳素(PRL)与免疫系统变化的关系。方法检测100例垂体腺瘤患者及56例体检健康人外周血中CD4�+CD25�+、CD3�+、CD3�+CD4�+及CD3�+CD8�+的T淋巴细胞水平;并测定其外周血中PRL水平。结果病例组外周血CD3�+T淋巴细胞显著低于健康人组(P0�05);病例组外周血CD4�+CD25�+T淋巴细胞为显著高于健康人组(P100ng/ml组(P0�05)。结论CD3�+T淋巴细胞的减少可能是
2、垂体肿瘤细胞本身刺激CD4�+CD25�+T淋巴细胞的增生,导致外周血IL�2减少,从而抑制了T淋巴细胞的活化和增殖。外周血PRL>100ng/ml组外周血PRL显著升高,通过刺激各种细胞因子的分泌,而进一步促进T淋巴细胞的活化及增殖,同时,外周血中高PRL可直接抑制外周血T淋巴细胞的凋亡。�【关键词】泌乳素;T淋巴细胞;垂体腺瘤��ThestudyoftherelevanceofPRLandT�lymphocytesubsetsintheperipheralblood11YUJing,CHENLei,SUZhi�guo,etal
