1、山东师范人学顾士学位论文中文摘要素质教育和新课程改革的第一要义是面向全体、促进全体学生全面发展，推进教育均衡发展。而教育教学的现实中存在着一定数量的学困生，即本文中所述的潜能生，这是长期以来教育者所面临的、不断付诸努力的难题之一，尤其自新课程改革以来。潜能生的数量有增无减。能否转化好这部分学生，成为学校教育成效的衡量标尺之一。笔者作为教育教学第一线的管理人员，一直关注和参与这项工作的研究，带领教师积极寻求途径；探讨策略，力求有效解决潜能生的转化问题，并以所在学校的潜能生转化为个案，运用行动研究法、个案研究法、动态

2、管理法、自主一合作研究法等方法，确立“关注情感、立足课常、挖掘潜能、促进发展”的思路，尝试改变评价方式、开展课堂观察研究、提倡分层教学、实施“温情教育’’等措●施和步骤，归纳提炼出“科学分类、因材施教、关注细节、促进成长”、“立足课堂、创设机会、积极肯定、形成模式”的转化策略。通过研究与思考，笔者提出了转化潜能生要从关注学生心理入手，培养潜能生良好个性品质的策略和方法。关键词：潜能生转化个性品质策略分类号：G40-058山东师范人学顾I：学位论文AbstractThequalityofeducationandcu
