1、腹股沟疝气不同手术治疗效果的临床分析李海波峨眉山市人民医院四川乐山614000【摘要】目的：对比分析疝环充填式手术和腹膜前间隙无张力修补术治疗腹股沟疝气的临床效果。方法：将我院收治的72例腹股沟疝患者随机分为观察组36例和对照组36例。观察组患者行腹膜前间隙无张力修补术治疗，对照组患者行疝环充填式手术治疗。观察并记录2组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、术后下地时间、术后疼痛程度(VAS评分)及住院时间；统计2组患者术后并发症的发牛率；并随访观察患者的复发率。结果：2组患者的平均手术时间、术中出血量、术后下地时间及住院时间比较，差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),但观
2、察组患者术后疼痛程度VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)o观察组患者术后切口感染、阴囊血肿、异物感、慢性疼痛、尿潴留并发症的总发生率为11.12%,对照组为33.33%,2组比较，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)o观察组患者术后12个月、18个月的复发率依次为0、2.78%,对照组依次为2.78%,5.56%,2组比较，差异均无统计学意义(PV0.05)。结论：疝环充填式手术和腹膜前间隙无张力修补术在腹股沟疝气的临床治疗中均可取得良好的效果，但腹膜前间隙无张力修补术更具术后疼痛程度轻、并发症少等显著优势。【关键词】腹股沟疝；疝环充填式手术；腹膜前间隙无张力修补
