1、摘要本文研究了在熔盐中电镀铝钴合金的工艺。运用扫描电镜、x射线衍射仪、阳极极化曲线及显微硬度仪等检测手段,系统地研究了在Q235钢基体上电镀铝钴合金所用的熔盐配方、工艺参数对镀层厚度、表面形貌、相组成、耐蚀性及硬度的影响;用循环伏安法研究了铝钴合金在钢及铜电极上的沉积机理;并研究了添加剂NdCl3及CeCl3的加入对镀层组织、性能及沉积机理的影响。实验结果表明:在AICl3-NaCI.KCI.CoCl2熔盐体系中能够电镀得到均匀、致密的铝钴合金镀层;熔盐组成、电镀时间、电镀温度及阴极电流密度等工艺参数均对所得镀层的性能有影响;CoCh的加入可以改善镀层
2、微观形貌,促进铝钴金属间化合物的形成;提高了镀层耐蚀性,硬度也比纯铝提高了近1/4;铝钴合金在钢和铜电极上分别为三步沉积和两步沉积。添加剂NdCl3及CeCl3的加入可以改善镀层质量,促进合金相的生成;进一步提高了镀层的耐蚀性,使硬度分别从124MPa提高到139MPa和152M'Pa;加入NdCl3后,镀层在钢及铜电极上的沉积过程变为三步沉积和一步沉积,加入CeCh后,镀层在两种电极上都是两步沉积。关键词熔盐电镀;铝钴合金;耐蚀性;循环伏安;稀土添加剂燕山大学丁学硕士学位论文AbstractThetechnologyofelectroplatingA
