1、PMMA基高折光指数杂化材料的制备摘要近年来,随着光学工业发展,聚合物光学材料得到广泛的应用,被用来制作眼镜、照相机等产品中的各种透镜和军事上光学仪器的导光器件。在制作这类器件中,具有高折光指数的聚合物光学材料尤为重要,可进一步降低器件的曲率和厚度,减轻重量而不影响其折光指数。因此,提高聚合物光学材料的折光指数具有十分重要的意义。本文以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)为基本原料、通过γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(MSMA)和钛酸四正丁酯(Ti(OBu)4)的溶胶-凝胶反应制备了不同TiO2含量有机/无机杂化材料。通过红外光谱、
2、紫外-可见光光谱,透射电镜,热失重分析等对杂化材料进行了表征。结果表明,TiO2在杂化材料中的分布是均匀的、无团聚现象。材料具有较高的折光指数和光学透明性及良好的热稳定性。依据分子设计原理,合成了含硫单体-一缩二乙硫醇双甲基丙烯酸酯,将基与MMA,MSMA共聚作为杂化材料的聚合物基体,得到的含硫PMMA/TiO2杂化材料的光学透明性仍然良好,折光指数有了进一步提高,材料的成膜性能也有所改善。关键词:TiO2;杂化材料;甲基丙烯酸甲酯;高折光指数上海交通大学硕士学位论文PreparationofPMMA-basedHighRe

5、ePMMAmatrixthroughthethroughthesol-gelprocessoftitaniumbutoxide.TheorganicphaseandtheinorganicphasewerecompatiblebecausetherewerecovalentbondsSi-O-Tibetweentwophase,whichformedthroughtheco-hydrolysisoftitaniumbutoxideandcouplingagent3-(Methacryloyloxy)propyltrimeth
6、oxysilane(MSMA).TEMimagesshownthatthepreparedfilmswerehomogeneous,theTiO2particlesof5nmdispersedinthepolymermatrixuniformly.Andtherefractiveindexofthefilmswasimproved.Accordingtomoleculedesignprinciple,theSelementhashighermolerefractiveindex.Basedontheresultsinlite
7、rature,sulfur-containingmonomer2,2’-mercaptoethylsulfidedimethacrylate(MESDMA)wasprepared.ThenthecopolymerofMMA,MESDMAandMSMAwasusedasthematrixofthehybridmaterials.Therefractiveindexandthefilm-formingabilityofthefilmswerebothimproved,atthesametime,thedispersityandt
