1、摘要60利用不同剂量(600Gy、800Gy、1000Gy、1200Gy、1400Gy)Co-γ射线辐照直立型扁蓿豆(Medicagoruthenica)干种子和吸胀种子,对其M0代生长第3年的植株和M1代幼苗的生长发育特性进行诱变效应分析,为获得高产优质的直立型扁蓿豆新材料提供理论依据。主要研究结果如下:1.干种子辐射后,M0代植株在1400Gy下株型100%为斜生型;在1000Gy条件下荚果大、叶片小、多叶、叶绿素含量较高、生长快(1.26cm/d);在800Gy辐射条件下,具有多叶、叶面积大等优良特性。2.吸胀种子辐射后,M0代植株在1000Gy下80%为直立型,且花小
2、、荚果大、种子宽、多叶、叶绿素含量较高、生长快(1.31cm/d);在1200Gy辐射条件下,表现出荚果宽、种子大、多叶等优良特性。3.干种子和吸胀种子辐射后,M0代植株在600Gy下完熟期百粒重最高,而单株生殖枝数显著低于对照。干种子在600Gy、吸胀种子在800Gy下单株种子产量较高。4.干种子辐照后M1代出苗率增加、硬实率降低,而吸胀种子辐射后M1代硬实率增加、出苗率有所降低;幼苗叶片长出的速度均比对照快;第一片真叶变异率较高;幼苗早期生长速度较对照快,后期生长速度较对照降低。60关键词:Co-γ;直立型扁蓿豆;种子产量;形态变异;生长发育60TheEffectofCo
