3、mostpeople.Methods:Fifty-sixcasesofbiopsy-provenIMNwereenrolledinthistrial,withproteinuria＞3.5g/d.Theyweredividedintwogroupsinchronological：experimentalgroupandcontrolgroup.Thecontrolgroupweretreatedwithtripterygiumwilfordiwhiletheexperimentalgroupweretreatedwithtripteryg

4、iumwilfordiandYi-qi-tong-luodecoction.Theywouldhaveacomparebetweenthetwogroupsfor3months,6monthsaftertheeffectoftheindicators.Results:Forty-ninepatientscompleted6monthsobservation,including25casesofcontrolgroupand24casesofexperimentalgroup.(1)Comparebytwogroupsofoneselves

5、:After3and6months,24hoururinaryproteinquantityandtotalcholesterolandtriglyceridedecreasedandalbuminincreasedinthetwogroups(P＜0.05).Thecurativeeffectaftersixmonthswerebetterthanthethreemonths(P＞0.05),andtherewasnodifferenceincreatinine(P＞0.05).(2)Comparebetweenthetwogroups

6、:After3and6months,experimentalgroupwassignificantlybetterthanthecontrolgroupexceptcreatininewhichwasnosignificantlydifference.（3）Thetotaleffectiveratecomparison:thecontrolgroupwas64%whileexperimentalgroupwas75%after3months;thecontrolgroupwas72%whileexperimentalgroupwas87.
