1、摘要时代的发展和新课程改革的广泛深入对课堂管理提出了新的要求，面对这种情况，笔者对初中课堂管理的现状进行调査研究，寻找实际存在的问题，并提出相应解决对策。全文以天津市河西区M中学为例，采用文献法、问卷调查法，以系统梳理初中课堂管理中存在的优势和不足。IH文共包括七部分，第一部分为引论，主要包括研究背景、研究目的和意义以及相关概念的界定。第二部分是国内外相关研究的文献综述。第三部分是本研究的理论基础，主要包括罗杰斯的人本主义教育思想、坎特的期望要求理论、格拉塞的现实疗法理论。第四部分是研究方法和过程，通过问卷调查结果对初中课堂管理现状进行详细分析。第五部分主要介绍目前初中课堂管理中存在的
2、优势和不足，并分析原因。第六部分是初中课堂管理的对策，针对课堂管理中出现的问题提出四方面解决对策：（一）教师加强学习，进行课堂管理知识的专门培训，提高课堂管理水平（二）建立民主、平等、互相尊重的师生关系（三）建立有效的课堂常规（四）加强课堂环境管理。第七部分是后I己，简要论述本研究对今后教育教学的启示。本研究的结果将对于初中课堂管理的理论和实践方面起到一定的指导作用。关键词：管理课堂课堂管理1AbstractWiththedevelopmentoftheneweraandreformdeeply.Wegiveclassroommanagementnewrequirements,Fort
