3、andControlGroup,each20patients.GiveChineseherbscombinedwithlow-freqEAtreatmenttoGroup1,Chineseherbscombinedwithhigh-freqEAtoGroup2,andsimplexChineseherbstoControlGroup.Thenobservetheimprovementofsignsandsymptoms,thechangesofsexhormone,basalbodytemper

4、ature,BMI,WHRandHOMA-IR.Results:weobtaintheresultthatbothcurerateandtotaleffectiverateoftreatmentgroup1andgroup2arehigherthanthoseinthecontrolgroup,andthedifferencehavestatisticalsignificance(P<0．05).Itishigherintreatmentgroup1andgroup2thanincontrolg

5、rouptoimprovethesignsandsymptomsandreducethelevelofserumLH,LH/FSH,T,BMIaswellasHOMA-IR.Thedifferencehavestatisticalsignificance(P<0．05).ConclusionThetreatmentofChineseherbscombinedwithacupuncturecanimprovethesignsandsymptomseffectively,andadjustpatie
