4、armers’actionlogic.Onthisbasis,exploringthefullyutilizedorganizationresourcestomakesurethattheexistingenvironmentalrugulationswillplayaneffectiverole,whichwillleadtostepoutofcollectiveactiondilemmainruralenvironmentalprotection.Thepapercontainfouraspectsasfollowing,firstly,thr
5、oughthegradualstudyonperformancesandincentivesoffarmersinJiujingtownduringtheprocessofpollutingland,water,fertilizers,pesticidesandlivingenvironment,itpointsoutthattherationalactionsofindividualfarmersleadtotheirrationalcollectivebehavior,whichcausedorexacerbatedtheruralenviro
6、nmentalproblems.Secondly,consideringthattheindividualrationalactionsoffarmersleadtonon-rationalcollectivebehaviors,theruralenvironmentalprotectionshouldstartfromtheangleofsocialcontrol.Themixedbureaucracyofcharismaandlegalauthorityofpolitical,villagecommittee’seffectivemanagem
