5、hatthelengthrangeofIGSsequenceswasfrom2130to2145bp,thepercentageofG+Ccontentvariedfrom74.59%to75.29%,Vtherewere229variationallociwhichwere10.70%ofentirebasesand76informatirelociwhichwere3.51%ofentirebasesinOryzasativa.38indicaandjaponicaspecificlociwereexistedintheIGSsequencesofOr

6、yzasatJva,inwhichabout34oneswerecoveredaabout400bpsegmentlocatedintheupstreamofIGSsequence.TheindicaandjaponicasubspeciesofOryzasativ马aswellassomecloselyrelatedcultivars,canbedividedclearlybasedonthephylogenetictreeconstructedbyIGSsequences.Oryzasativassp。javanicahadaclosedrelatio
