3、ate.Andthepediatricnurses’scorewashigherthananyotherclinicaldepartments’.5.Therewasnosignificantdifferenceofnurses’barrierswithdifferentprofessionaltitlesandduties.Conclusions1.Theleveloftheoverallbarrierstoresearchutilizationamongclinicalnurseswasatamoderatelevel.Thefoursubscales
4、ofbarriersinascendingsequencewerenursingfactors,settingfactors,communicatedfactorsandinnovationfactors.Itsuggeststheexternalfactorseffectanobviousaction.2.Itiseasierfornurseswhohavehighereducationallevelsunderstandandgettheresearches.So,thehighnursingeducationshouldbedevelopedpith
5、ilytoimprovethenurses’diathesisandabilities.3.Thefindingsuggeststhatthemanagerstakeactionsinallusiontothepediatricnurses’situation.4.Itisveryimportanttotrainthenursesaboutresearchcoursesandresearchparticipations.Meanwhile,themanagersshouldpayattentiontotheuseofpromptedmechanism,be
