1、摘要中学历史教学和谐师生关系构建初探学科教学(历史)专业研究生郭晓冲指导教师陈辉IIilllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllY2541486摘要：师生关系的研究是教育实践研究的最为核心的课题，也是历来教育理论研究的热门课题。随着时代的发展和人们认识的深入，师生关系的内涵不断被赋予新的内容，研究的范围也在不断扩大，本文旨在通过对中学历史教学方法和特点的研究来找寻构建良好师生关系的途径。通过对中学生身心发展与认知特点的分析来阐述构建和谐师生关系的科学方法，这对对中学生的身心健康发展和以后的专业发展具有重要作用，对正确理解师生关系的内涵以及历史教师的角色定位也具有十分

2、重要的意义。本研究在与中学历史教师访谈的基础上，通过文本分析来考察师生关系的历史与现状，通过对中学生师生的二元互动分析认为构建和谐的师生关系要以中学生为基础，要在教师的主导下开展，对待不同的学生要用不同的方法，历史教师在历史课堂上要充分挖掘自身优势，从自身修养做起，优化课堂设计，利用情感带动学生，激发学生学习积极性，营造宽松的课堂气氛，用丰富的有声语言与恰当的肢体语言来吸引学生，以达到中学历史教学目标的实现和构建良好师生关系的目的。本文试图从自然人的角度来分析师生关系，从师生二者的社会需求方面来审视师生关系的本质，用传播学的方法分析师生之间的信息传递与相互影响，并在此基础上提出构建师生关系
