1、硕士论文防结块超细高氯酸铵的制备及其应用研究摘要依据晶桥阻隔原理,利用复合改性剂对超细高氯酸铵(AP)进行改性处理;并探索工业生产条件下制备可长期储存超细AP的可行性;对改性剂复合粒子进行红外分析,提出较合理的防结块模型。具体内容包括三方面:(1)利用惰性纳米无机氧化物为载体与功能助剂相复合,经过配方优化制备了具有防止超细AP结块的功能改性剂。以气流粉碎法工艺,制备了防结块超细AP粉体,在常规密封储存条件下,可以存放6个月以上。(2)对可长储超细AP粉体进行工业化生产的探索实验。在工业生产的条件下,
2、利用所制备的改性剂,生产了近100千克防结块超细AP粉体;并开展了应用研究,包括:防结块超细AP对推进剂力学性能和燃烧性能及安全性能的影响。实验证明,这种改性剂防结块效果良好,具有工业化应用前景。(3)对改性剂及其各组分分别进行了FT-IR等测试,分析了各组分之间的相互作用,并构建了改性剂防结块模型:亚微米级改性剂粒子通过一定的化学键作用,附着在超细AP粒子表面,起到防潮和增大空间位阻的双重作用,能较好解释地实验现象及规律性。关键词:超细高氯酸铵,表面改性,防结块,推进剂,机理模型Abstract硕
