1、中文摘要普通埋弧横焊工艺在焊接厚板时，采用大的热输入会造成焊接热影响区(№墟)过热，焊缝组织晶粒粗大；提高焊速会造成焊缝上部容易出现咬边，下部容易出现液体金属流淌等成形缺陷。针对这些问题，本文把横焊位置脉冲埋弧焊的熔池简讫为一个承受脉冲载荷的固体金属表面的液态金属，通过定性和定量的方法，分析了横焊位置的脉冲电流对表面张力、脉冲电流对熔滴冲击力和脉冲电流对熔池所受电弧作用力的影响，建立了横焊位置熔池的受力模型，计算了横焊位置电弧对熔池的作用力，探索了消除咬边的机理：即电磁力、熔滴冲击力以及表面张力的合力都是随焊接电流的变化做周期性变化，这样的周麓性变化有利于熔池液态

2、金属的铺展，进而有利于在填充焊和盖面焊中消除咬边。本文还分析了双丝脉冲埋弧横焊打底焊的熔池受力状态黧运动状态，从中得出：由于熔池受到了来自于工件正反两面的由脉冲电流引起的脉冲作用力的共同作用，脉冲埋弧横焊打底焊不仅可以利燃峰值电流保证熔深，消除未焊透，而且可以减少普通单丝埋弧横焊打底焊容易出现的焊穿情况，即拓宽了普通单丝埋弧横焊打底焊的工艺参数范围。关键词：脉冲埋弧焊石油储罐横焊咬边打底盖面AbstractInthecommolltraiLsvcrsesubmergedarcwelding(SAW)ofthickplates，highheatinputusuall
