1、硕士论文可控粒度球形二氧化硅制各研究摘要本论文主要是采用乳液法制备球形二氧化硅。通过对参考文献的学习分析找出了对生产球形二氧化硅影响的主要因素，首先从原材料水玻璃的制备着手，再分析了另一主要的原材料柴油是否处理对结果的影响。二氧化硅的制备过程中乳化剂的用量和种类对乳液的形成和乳液稳定性的影响；同时，乳化剂的种类和使用量的大小对制备的球形二氧化硅的粒度大小分布也有影响。酸是该反应的主要参数之一，从酸的强弱性和挥发性设计了实验，从实验结果得出不挥发性强酸制得的产品符合项目要求；酸的滴加速度和滴加方式等都作了详细的分析，并给出合适工艺参数。温度对乳化剂的乳化效果有很大的影响，但温度对球形二氧化硅
