1、ECDP／PTT共混纤维结构与性能的研究摘要聚合物的共混改性是高分子材料科学与工程领域中的一个重要分支。聚对苯二甲酸丙二酯(PTT)和阳离子染料常压可染聚酯(ECDP)是具有优良性能和广阔发展前景的新型聚酯。本文使用差示扫描量热法(DSC)、热重分析法(TG)和毛细管流变测试法研究了PTT和ECDP切片的热转变温度、热稳定性以及ECDP／PTT共混切片的流变性能；采用熔融共混的方法分别制备了ECDP／PTT共混物和ECDP／PTT共混纤维：采用差示扫描量热法(DSC)、扫描电镜法(SEM)、广角X射线衍射法(WAXD)以

2、及动态力学法(DMA)研究了ECDP／PTT共混物在晶区与无定形区的相容性；探究了ECDP／PTT共混物纺丝和拉伸的工艺条件；研究了ECDP／PTT共混纤维的分散染料(2BLN)和阳离子染料(X-GL，X．8GL)的染色性能；另外，本研究还对共混纤维的形态结构、结晶、取向以及热收缩性能进行了表征。研究结果表明，纺丝温度为245"(2时，剪切速率在102—105S。范围内，ECDP／PTT共混物具有良好的可纺性，共混纤维较适宜的牵伸温度为50石0℃，定型温度为140-160℃；ECDP／PTr共混纤维在常压沸染条件下具有比

3、较好的分散染料和阳离子染料染色性能；共混纤维的沸水收缩率在20％以下，具有一定的尺寸稳定性。ECDP和PTT相容性研究结果表明，在无定型区ECDP／PTT共混物有很好的相容性，而在晶区是相分离的。ECDP／PTT共混纤维超分子结构研究结果表明，随着PTT组分的增加，共混纤维取向度降低，结晶度增加。关键词：PTT；ECDP；共混纤维；相容性；改性STUDYoNTHESTRUCTURESANDPRoPERTIESoFECDP／PTTBLENDFIBERABSTRACTPolymerblendisanimportantbran
