2、院。为此，本文分析了国外对汉语的需求，以及我国汉语推广的现状，回顾我国形成的汉语国际推广政策，在此基础上展开对孔子学院的论述，阐述了孔子学院建设的概况，以及孔子学院的师资情况，孔子学院的教材情况，国际语言推广基地和网络孔子学院等情况，同时论述了我国具有语言推广职能的政府机构。德国建立语言推广机构的历史较长，无论是影响德国语言推广机构建设的政策，还是以歌德学院为代表的德国语言推广机构，抑或是德国语言推广机构形成的特色，都是德国语言推广在长期的实践中积累下的，是符合德国国情的。中德两国国情不同，孔子学院和歌德学院也就存在差异，
