4、eedingoflweekbeforetheexperiment.Second,theywererandomizedintotwelveGroupsbasedontheirbedyweight,with6miceineachgroup.Third,themiceweremarkedfrom1t06iIlonecage.Altogether,therearesixbigGroups(12miceineachgroup):untreatedcontrolGroups(g1andg12),untreatedswimminggroup(921and922),MCT6%gro
5、up(931and932),MCTl8%group(941and942),MCT30%group(951and952),andMCT44.4%group(961and962).Eachmousewasgiven4.59/dexperimentaldiet,andhadfleeaccesstowater.AttheSalTletime,allGroupsweresubjectedtounloadedswimmingtrainingonMonday,WednesdayandFridayinoneweek.Themiceweretrainedfor20rainwithsu
6、bsequentincreaseof10mineachtimeuntilitreached40min.Theexperimentalperiodslast3weeks.Untreatedcontrolgroup(UCG)anduntreatedswimminggroupfoso)werefedwithD12450Bdiet,withoutcontainingMCT.Theprotein,carbohydrateandfatcontentscorrespondedto20%,70%and10%ofmetabolizableenergy.BothGroupshadswi
