1、山东大学硕士学位论文malformations，andprovidesomereferenceforthetreatmentofperinealhemangiomasandvascularmalformations．Methods：BetweenSeptember,2009andNovember,2012，atburnandplasticsurgeryofShandongProvincialHospital，45patientswithpefinealhemangiomasandvascularmalformationswereenrolledinthestudy．Include34c

2、asesofhemangiomasand1casesofvascularmalformations．Amongofthem，18casesaremaleand27casesarefemale．TheyarebetweenO．1and29yearsoldwithanaverageof3．9yearsold．10casesofperinealhemangiomapatientsaremale，24arefemale．Theyarebetween0．1and8yearsoldwithanaverageof0．7yearsold．Forpatientsofpefinealvascularmal

3、formations，8casesaremale。Theyarebetween0．2and29yearsoldwithanaverageof13．9yearsold．5casesofperinealhemangiomaswithulcerationsweretreatedbypropranololtherapyonly．27casesofpefinealhemangiomaswithoutulcerationsaretreatedbylasertherapycombinedwithpropranololtherapy．2casesofpefinealhemangiomasweretre

4、atedbyoperationaftersclerotherapy．Allofthe1casesofpefinealvascularmalformationgsweretreatedbysclerotherapy．Wehavetwowaystousepropranol01．Threekindsofdrugs(Pingyangmycin，triamcinoloneacetonideandlauromacro901)wereusedinsclerotherapy．Thedosageofdrugsisdeterminedbythesizeandlocationofthelesionandth

5、eageofthepatients．Theinjectionofthesclerosantmayberepeatedevery4weeks．Therapeuticefficacyisestablishedbyevaluatingthesizeofthelesion，physicalexaminationandcolor-codedduplexsonography(CCDS)beforeandaftertreatment．Therapeuticsafetyassessmentwereestablishedthroughcomplicationsoccurredduringthetreat

6、mentandtreatmentinterval．Results：Atotalof45casesweretreatedinourstudy．Allofthese45patientswerefollowedupfor3monthsto18months．Allofthemhavemarkeddecreaseinsizeaftertrearment．2casesofperinealhemangiomarecoveredverywellafteroperation，withoutrecurrence，thecurativeeffectwereexcellent．Amongofthe5patie
