2、取液和纳米锌、纳米银对中国对虾来源病原菌——哈维氏弧菌TCBS–G的抑制效果。结果表明:纳米锌对TCBS–G产生的透明抑菌圈直径达35mm,地锦的透明抑菌圈直径约25mm;采用96孔板倍数稀释法测定最小抑菌浓度(MIC),纳米锌、地锦的最小抑菌浓度均为12.5mg/mL,纳米银的达6.25mg/mL;采用MTT比色法检测不同抑制剂对哈氏弧菌生物膜形成的影响,纳米锌、纳米银对TCBS–G生物膜形成具有明显的抑制作用,药液质量浓度大于3.125mg/mL时具有显著差异(P<0.05);黄芪、地锦药液质量浓度大
