1、大连医科大学硕士学位论文差异,然后对mRNA和蛋白表达情况进行相关性分析。采用SPSSl3.0软件对数据进行统计学处理,所得计量资料采用随机区组方差分析,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果:(1)肾癌组织标本,Westemblot方法和RT-PCR方法结果显示肾癌组织中pokemon在蛋白和mRNA水平的表达量明显高于癌旁肾组织中的表达量,差异有统计学意义。(2)肾癌组织标本,低分化组中pokemon在蛋白和mRNA水平的表达高于中、高分化组,差异有统计学意义;转移组中pokemon在蛋白和mRNA水平的表达高于未转移组,差异有统计学意义;Pokemon在蛋白和
2、mRNA水平的表达与患者性别、年龄、肿瘤大小及TNM分期无明显相关。(3)细胞标本中,人肾透明细胞癌细胞系769.P中pokemon在蛋白和mRNA水平的表达明显高于肾近端小管上皮细胞系HK.2,差异有统计学意义;应用Spearman相关性分析蛋白和mRNA表达情况,显示两个在人。肾透明细胞癌细胞系769.P、肾近端小管上皮细胞系HK。2的表达呈正相关,r=0.457。结论:1.肾癌组织和细胞中pokemon在蛋白和mRNA水平的表达明显高于正常肾细胞,提示pokemon与肾癌的发生发展相关性,它可能在肾癌的发生演变中起重要作用。2.Pokenmon的表达与肾癌临
3、床病理分级、是否转移有关,而与性别、年龄、肿瘤大小、TNM分期无明显相关性。3.此结果与pokemon在人类肺癌、前列腺癌、结肠癌、淋巴瘤和膀胱癌等多种肿瘤中均有过度表达一致,进一步证明pokemon对包括肾癌在内的多种肿瘤有重要的调控作用。关键词:肾癌pokemonWesternblotRT-PCR2Ex[andclinicalsignificanceofpokemon‘aExpressionandclinicalsi2nicanceofookemonInrena—lCarClnomaMasterdegreecandidate:SongyujianSupervi
