3、dbreedingofBarbuscapito.Thisstudysimulatedsodiumbicarbonate,sodiumchlorideandthesynergisticeffectonthegrowth,foodintakeandhistologicalfeaturesofjuvenileBarbuscapito,andweobtainedsomeresultswithsignificantdifferences.Thedetailsandtheresultsasfollows:1.Theeffectofsodiumbicarbonateandsodiumchlorideont

4、hegrowthandfoodintakeofthejuvenilefish(1)TheeffectofvariousconcentrationsofsodiumchlorideongrowthandfoodintakeofjuvenilewereinvestigatedbyrearingfishataIV上海海洋大学硕士学位论文temperatureof(22~25)℃,andweexploredtheoptimalconditionofthegrowthofthefish.Inthesodiumchlorideexperiment,inwhichthevalueswere0(contro

5、lgroup),2.0,4.0,6.1,7.8,10.0and11.9.Theresultshowedwhentheconcentrationofsodiumchloridewereupto6.1thebodylength,thebodyweightandthespecificgrowthrate(SGR)ofthejuvenileweresignificantlylowerfromothergroups(P<0.05),respectively,themaximalfinalbodyweightwasreachedat2.0,thegreatestSGRandfeedconversione

6、fficiency(FCE)werereachedat4.0,andthesmallestat11.9,accordingtotheoreticalcalculationtheoptimalconcentrationofsodiumchlorideforgrowthtobe1.88,thedangerousconcentrationwasat7.8.(2)Theeffectofvariousconcentrationsofsodiumbicarbonatewereinvestigated,inwhichthevalueswere0(controlgroup),10.00mmol/L,15.8
