2、-alkalineresistance,broaddiets,fastgrowth,freshmeat,strongadaptabilityandthelike.Itisakindofvaluablelocaleconomicfish,whichismainlylocatedintheUzbekistan.InordertoexpandthefisheryresourcesinthenortheastofChina,WeimportedBarbuscapitofromUzbekistan.Atpresent,wecompletedtheartificialpropagationandpoun
3、dbreedingofBarbuscapito.Thisstudysimulatedsodiumbicarbonate,sodiumchlorideandthesynergisticeffectonthegrowth,foodintakeandhistologicalfeaturesofjuvenileBarbuscapito,andweobtainedsomeresultswithsignificantdifferences.Thedetailsandtheresultsasfollows:1.Theeffectofsodiumbicarbonateandsodiumchlorideont

5、lgroup),2.0,4.0,6.1,7.8,10.0and11.9.Theresultshowedwhentheconcentrationofsodiumchloridewereupto6.1thebodylength,thebodyweightandthespecificgrowthrate(SGR)ofthejuvenileweresignificantlylowerfromothergroups(P<0.05),respectively,themaximalfinalbodyweightwasreachedat2.0,thegreatestSGRandfeedconversione
6、fficiency(FCE)werereachedat4.0,andthesmallestat11.9,accordingtotheoreticalcalculationtheoptimalconcentrationofsodiumchlorideforgrowthtobe1.88,thedangerousconcentrationwasat7.8.(2)Theeffectofvariousconcentrationsofsodiumbicarbonatewereinvestigated,inwhichthevalueswere0(controlgroup),10.00mmol/L,15.8
