1、摘要当前经济迅猛发展，房地产行业也随之蓬勃壮大，当房地产企业达到集团规模状态的时候，企业集团总部需要对下属子公司采取积极有效的管控措施。确定一个集团管控模式必须考虑多方面的因素，包括行业特点、组织规模、发展战略和企业家领导风格等，继而确定集团管控的基本准则。对于房地产集团来说，要获取竞争优势，选择合适的管控模式非常必要。本文较系统、较全面地研究了H房地产集团管控模式。通过理论研究与实地考察，并结合H房地产集团内部管理资料和以往的历史资料，考察了H房地产集团管控模式的成果及存在的问题，提出了H房地产集团管控模式优化设计的具体内容、实施过程以及保障措施。本文首先
2、回顾和梳理了有关管理控制及房地产行业管控的国内外研究动态，并介绍了管理控制及房地产管控模式的理论综述；其次，分析了H房地产集团现有的管控模式，以及在管理过程中存在的问题及其原因；然后，依据管理控制相关理论，提出H房地产集团管控模式优化的指导思想、原则及设计的具体内容；最后，探讨了H房地产集团管控模式优化后的实施保障。本文的创新之处在于结合了H房地产集团的实际情况，对其H房地产集团的管控模现状进行分析，确定影响选择的关键性因素，运用逻辑推理研究方法，优化设计适合H房地产集团的管控模式，并期望能为其他房地产企业选择集团管控模式提供一个有价值的参考。关键词：房地产
