1、重庆医科大学硕士研究生学位论文中可以利用B超灰度值来评估凝固性坏死体积。2HIFU辐照兔肌肉组织时,B超灰度值与组织凝固性坏死发生率在一定范围内呈正相关,当灰度值达到一定值(39.25_{-2.99)时,观察到每个辐照点都出现了凝固性坏死。提示HIFU辐照时辐照区有灰度改变却无凝固性坏死出现的现象可能是辐照剂量不足、灰度值太低所致。3对山羊肌肉组织进行HIFU辐照时,坏死体积与灰度值在一定范围内(灰度值在阈灰度值与最佳灰度值之间变化时)也呈正相关,灰度值达到最佳灰度值时,组织坏死体积达到饱和。说明H
