1、中文摘要摘要：本文从目前银行业所面临的外部环境，机遇和挑战入手，深入剖析了中外资银行各自具备的优势和劣势，以及中外资银行合作的必要性和长期性。并通过一些具体实例，中外资银行合作的现状，提出了资本合作、业务合作和技术合作为主的三种主要合作模式。资本合作主要以中资银行引进战略投资者，外资银行直接参股中资银行，举办合资银行或合资公司为主要模式；业务合作以资金业务、银团贷款、中间业务、信用卡、零售业务等为主；技术合作主要在风险控制，人员培训和交流，产品创新，银行内部重组顾问，不良资产的处置等方面。为了进一步探究中外资银行的合作问题，本文通过对合作成功的要素
