1、基于ESI论文产出的高校科学基础研究的现状研究摘要我国于2006年提出了建设创新型国家的总体目标，基础研究在这个过程中扮演着重要角色.国内外研究表明，大学不仅是从事基础研究工作的主力军，还担负着为基础研究培养高级后备人才的任务。高校学科建设作为建设世界一流大学的重要突破口，是建设创新型国家的一个组成部分。明确学科发展现状对学科建设具有指导意义。因此，本文的核心内容围绕我国内地高校各学科基础研究的现状展开。在论述了我国内地高校的学科体系及对应的学科建设机制的基础上，本文利用科学计量的方法，根据基本科学指数数据库（ESI）所收录我国内地高校1999年—2009年间的基础研究成果（论文），

2、采取总论文数、总被引次数、论文平均被引次数、论文活跃度指标和相对影响力指标从数量和质量2个维度对我国内地高校各学科基础研究产出进行了统计分析，以量化角度展现了现阶段我国内地高校在各个学科上的研究现状，并结合国家重点学科建设对现状进行了阐述，并由此发现了我国内地高校各学科基础研究的特点以及目前存在的一些问题。最后，本文以此为基础对我国今后的学科建设工作提出了一些政策建议。图7幅，表16个，参考文献48篇，其中英文参考文献19篇。关键词：基础研究；高校；学科建设；科学计量法；重点学科分类号：C34，G251.44AStudyonStatusofUniversityBasicResearc
