1、摘要自我调节学习理论是人本主义思想在教学和学习中的体现，顺应当今世界“学会学习"教育改革的潮流，同我国素质教育、创新教育、终身教育及研究性学习和主体性教学改革的主张相一致。本课题在调查研究的基础上，以自我调节学习理论为指导，在教学中通过实施自我调节学习策略，研究如何在高中化学教学实践中培养学生的化学自我调节学习能力。实验结果表明：l，通过制定学习目标表策略，学生可以清楚地看到自己学习目标的完成情况，并且根据目标的完成情况制定下面的学习目标；利用出声思维策略，学生学会了监测自己的思维漏洞；利用自我提问单，使学生掌握不同化学知识的学习方法；反思日

2、记使学生养成了自我调节的习惯。这些学习技能有效地培养了学生的自我调节学习能力和监控能力。2，在教学中实施自我调节学习策略，教师可以引导学生将关注点由学习的结果逐步转化为学习的过程和方法。在对学习过程和方法的关注中，学生们更容易了解到自己在学习中的收获，看到自身的进步，进而增强学习的自信心和学习的主动性。3，在教学中实施自我调节学习策略，对学生提出多层次要求，能让学生感受到自己拥有学习的自控权，这种感受激发了学生内在的学习兴趣，而内在的动力必将不断推动学生提高学习成绩。关键词：自我调节学习分层次教学学习目标元认知ⅢAbstractThetheo
