1、摘要民族传统体育专业在高校的发展仍处于起始阶段。．目前，对民族传统体育专业的培养目标、培养途径、专业课程设置等方面仍存在一些有待继续完善的地方。本文通过对全国10所院校民族传统体育专业课程设置的比较研究，对相关专业的教师和学生采用了电话访谈及问卷调查等形式。围绕着10所民族传统体育专业的培养目标、课程设置、学生的招生与就业、场地、师资等实际情况，对10所院校民族传统体育专业课程设置的特色与存在的问题进行分析。从社会对本专业的需求角度提出民族传统体育专业课程设置的若干建议，为各校民族传统体育专业课程设置提供参考依据。通过研究，本文主要有

2、以下几点建议：(1)培养目标的制定应以以下几个方面来考虑：一是掌握与本专业发展相关的其他学科的知识；二是提高民族传统体育的专业知识和技能水平；三是增强专业实践能力与科研能力；四是根据学校特色，提高专业的创新能力和竞争能力。(2)适当削减理论课程比重，加强术科课程的比重，使学生具备扎实的专业基础理论知识以及较强的、全面的专业技能水平。多设置一些具有“实用性”的小课程，使学生的能力和个性得到全面的发展。(3)培养学生成为“一专多能”的复合型人才，首先应改变在职教师技术单一状态，增加教师培训机会。(4)针对性的选用教材，为学生创造“一专多能

3、”的学习条件做好准备。(5)加强学校对民族传统体育专业的管理，在制定政策和办学过程中，无论在人、财、物等方面给予适当的倾斜，以使该专业可持续性地发展。(6)重点抓好英语课程教学这一薄弱环节，制定一套符合民族传统体育专业学生水平的英语教材，逐步提高学生的英语水平。(7)加强民族传统体育专业学生的教育实习(专业实习)这一环节。在组织形式上，可根据学生的就业方向，采用集中实习、分散实习或者集中与分散相结合的办法，尽量为学生就业创造条件。关键词：10所院校，民族传统体育，课程设置ABSTRACTThedevelopmentoftraditio
