1、摘要SY发电公司人力资源管理再造的研究摘要随着电力体制改革的不断深化，“竞价上网"政策的逐步实施，发电侧市场竞争日趋激烈。本文通过对SY发电公司的内外部环境变化的分析，指出公司人力资源管理方面存在整体素质不高、人才外流频繁、创新能力不足等诸多问题；认为公司目前的人事管理已经不能适应企业生存和发展的需要，必须进行人力资源管理的再造。本文运用文献研究法、调查研究法及对比研究法，通过人力资源战略理论、企业再造及人力资源管理再造理论，对公司人力资源管理出现的问题及面临的挑战进行了深入的解剖和细致的分析。作者提出必须建立以企业文化为导向的人力资源管理新

2、模式，使公司的人力资源管理活动与企业文化建设相互促进、共同提高。本文认为公司必须重新确立人力资源管理工作在企业经营中的战略地位，人力资源再造的原则是要适应公司发展战略，人力资源再造的目标是提高员工满意度和提高全员素质，增强公司竞争力。公司人力资源体系再造的重点应在健全全员劳动关系、建立激励机制、加强员工素质与能力培养、建立绩效考核体系方面。关键词：发电公司人力资源管理公司再造AbstractAlongwiththecontinuousdeepeningofthepowersystem，"Bidding，，the酉adualimplementa
