1、摘要纵观金融发展史，金融业大致经历了分业经营和混业经营相互交替的过程。分业经营和混业经营各有利弊，难分伯仲，究竟选择那种经营体制，取决于风险和收益的比较，本国和世界经济的发展要求。随着全球经济一体化和金融自由化的发展，市场竞争日益加剧，技术进步以及新技术不断推广和应用，金融商品不断推陈出新，金融机构的业务不断交叉、重叠，差别日趋缩小，界限越来越模糊，分业经营的模式也在不断地被打破，逐步形成了由专业化经营向多元化、综合性经营转变。本文从制度变迁的视角，对商业银行业务制度进行了深入研究，并提出了从分业经营到混业经营的过渡模式。本文内容可分为四章：第一章就制度变迁

2、理论和商业银行业务制度变迁理论进行了简单概述。第二章就分业经营和混业经营制度进行国际比较，系统地分析了美国、德国、英国分业经营、混业经营模式及特点。第三章就中国分业经营制度产生的历史背景及原因进行探析，并指出中国商业银行分业经营面临的困境。第四章，首先从世界金融业的发展趋势和我国的实际出发，指出走混业经营之路是我国的必然选择；接着从理论基础和现实条件两个方面分析了我国商业银行混业经营的可行性，在此基础上提出了由分业经营到混业经营的过渡模式——金融控股公司。关键词：制度变迁分业经营混业经营2AbstractMakingageneralsurveyofthefi
