1、山西医科大学硕士学位论文前列通瘀联合强的松治疗免疫性不育雄鼠的实验研究摘要目的：研究前列通瘀联合强的松对免疫性不育雄性小鼠的治疗效果。同时通过观察其精子、睾丸超微结构的变化，探讨AsAb对精了及睾丸生精微环境的影响。材料与方法：用同种精子及祸氏佐剂免疫昆明种雄性小鼠，ELISA法验证获得免疫性不育动物模型，同时设亚正常对照组；分别给予前列通瘀加强的松，前列通瘀，强的松，生理盐水，灌胃一月；观察并计数与雌鼠合笼后的胚胎数，ELISA法检测血清AsAb，精子密度、直线运动速度及活率，精子及睾丸的超微结构。结果：人工免疫后的

2、雄鼠血清AsAb均为阳性，正常对照组均为阴性：前列通瘀联合强的松治疗组血清AsAb、使雌鼠怀孕的胚胎数、精子参数及精子、睾丸超微结构均好于各实验对照组(P<0．05)，月．与正常对照组无显著差异(P>O．05)；生理盐水灌胃的模型组精了超微结构大多数形态异常，表现为顶体结构不完整，双层膜不平行、肿胀，膜破裂，部分顶体缺失，核电子密度不均匀，头尾连接部异常，可见尾部线粒体排列紊乱甚至缺失；其睾丸超微结构显示：生精细胞数量减少，排列1山西医科大学硕士学位论文稀疏，胞质中细胞器数量减少，可见线粒体嵴消失呈空泡状改变，小管界膜
