3、.Thevertebralartery,cervicalspineanduncinateprocessareobserved,alsotheMRAfeaturesandetiologyisanalyzed.ResultsIllall188cases,theaverageageofpatientgroupistenyearsolderthantheothertwogroups.(1)MRAin48patientsshownormal(n=7)orthinning,twisting,localizedstenosisandconrseanomalyofvertebralartery(n=41)
4、.onMRjofcervicalspine,31showhypertrophicuncinateprocessofdifferentdegrees.Incontrolgroup,MRAshownormalin59,andthinning,twisting,courseanomalyofvertebralarteryin19,whileMRIdemonstratehypertrophicuncinateprocessinlO.Significantdifferenceexistsbetweenpatientgroupandcontrolgroup(P<0.005).(2)48easesofp
