1、摘要公民政治参与所涉及的范围，及其深入程度是政治民主化和现代化的重要尺度。十七大提出“扩大公民有序的政治参与”，使得中国民主政治进一步深化。大学生是社会发展的重要力量，大学生参与政治无论对自身的发展还是对国家的民主政治建设都具有重要意义。培养大学生正确的参与意识，引导大学生理性的政治参与行为，建立公正的政治参与制度，形成有序的政治参与秩序，是思想政治工作者的一项重要任务。国内外学者采用各种方法，从不同角度对政治参与进行了深入研究，成果丰硕。本文通过对西安十二所高校大学生政治参与问卷调查，分析总结出目前陕西高校大学生政治参与存在的问题，并提出相应的对策。首先绪论是对大学生政治参与研究的重要

2、性做出概述，以及目前相关研究现状、思路、方法及创新点等，为当代大学生政治参与实证研究提供了理论基础。其次，论文主体分为四部分，围绕大学生这一群体的特殊性，以及所处的时代环境，分析总结出大学生政治参与中所表现出的特点及问题；提出当代大学生政治参与要通过优化大学生政治参与环境和提高大学生政治参与素质来予以引导和培养。最后对论题做出总结和发展趋势的展望。提高大学生素质不仅是进行大学生政治参与的前提，而且也是引导大学生政治参与的目的和实现大学生政治参与的新思维。现代思想政治教育的根本任务是培养具有高素质的社会成员，使之成为社会主义的建设者和接班人。因此，提出可行性对策的同时，认为将当代大学生培养
