1、AbstractObjective：Thestudyaimstousingtwotreatmentswhicharecomprehensiveanalysisofdiseaseandsyndromeandsimplesyndromedifferentiation(theWarmingSpleenDecoctiongroupandTheKidney-QiBolusgroup)andobservingthechangesoftheclinicaltherapeuticindexesofthetwogroupstooptimizethetreatm

2、entofYang-deficiencyofbothspleenandkidneysyndromeofChronicRenalFailure．Methods：Select40casesofpatientsareofYang-deficiencysyndromeofChronicRenalFailureanddividerandomlyintoAgroupof21casesandBgroupof19cases．TreatAgroupwithWarmingSpleenDecoction，treatBgroupwithKidney．QiBolusa

3、ndobservefortwoperiodsthat3weeksisaperiod．Themajorindexesforobservingarethechangesofthemainsymptoms，signsandrenalfunction；theminorindexesarehemoglobin，thyroidfunction，ereatinineandSOonbeforeandafterthetreatment．Results：(1)TheAandBgroupshaveabsoluteeffect，thetotaleffectivera

4、teofAgroupis90．5％，thedramaticeffectiverateis4．8％，andtheeffectiverateis52．4％，whilethetotaleffectiverateofBgroupis78．9％，thedramaticeffectiverateis0％，andtheeffectiverateis21．1％．Butcomprisethetwogroupsincomprehensiveeffectandsyndromeeffect，andthedifferencedoesn’thaveastatistica

5、lsignificance．TheresultsofthetwogroupsbeforeandafterthetreatmentpresentthatbothAandBgroupshavedramaticeffectsonimprovingthesymptomsoffatigue，shortnessofbreathandreluctancetospeak，eatinglessandanorexia，sorenessandlassitudeintheloinsandknees，intoleranceofcoldandcoldlimbs，lumb

6、agoandcoldpaininthewaistandcopiousclearnocturine．Besides，AgroupisbetterthanBgroupinimprovingthesymptomsofeatinglessandanorexia，intoleranceofcoldandcoldlimbs，andthedifferencehasastatisticalsignificance．BgroupisbetterthanAgroupinimprovingthesymptomofloosestools，andthesignific
