2、国直接投资吸收国，在未来经济发展中对跨国直接投资及利用跨国直接投资的规模、效益以及对整个社会经济的影响均应有科学而充分的战略思考。本文通过分析跨国直接投资的产业结构、地区结构、投资主体、投资方式的变化及发展趋势，重点分析跨国直接投资在我国的现状以及对我国经济发展的正负面影响度，即与经济发展诸方面的关联。认为：跨国直接投资的积极作用是主导的，目前的投资规模仍在合理范围内，但同时仍存在一些消极的影响和不利因素。在此基础上提出今后台理、有效利用跨国直接投资的一些相关对策建议。关键词：跨国直接投资经济发展影响分
