1、AbstractAntherea pernyi,belonged to Lepidoptera,Saturniidae,isa kind ofbiological model insect with higheconomic value.Itdistributesin more than10 provincesand areasinChina,mainlyin Shandong,Liaoning,Henan and other north areasofChina.It hasbeenconfirmed thatintestinalmicroflora playanimpor
2、tantrole on nutrition,immunizationofhostinsectand soon.There are a lotofstudiesonintestinalbacteria ofdifferentinsects.Reling on combinationofmolecular technique and pure culture method,microbialdiversityofgutofsilkwormhasalsobeena lotofresearchand few studiesonother wild silkworm,suchasA.p
3、ernyi.Dueto the differenceofintestinalenvironment,intestinalmicrobialofdifferent insectshavephysiologicalvariance.The variance alsoprovidesmore resourcesto be developing microbialresources.The bacterialcommunityand enzymeproducing bacteria inintestine ofA.pernyilarvaewere isolated and ident
4、ified todevelop microecologicalagentsforincreasing leafsilk conversationrate and disease resistance.Bacteriaswere isolated fromintestine offifthinstarsA.pernyilarvae reared on oak leavesbyisolated culturesNA,LBand Sabouraud.12 intestinalbacteriaswere identified according tophysiologicaland
5、biochemicalcharacteristicsand phylogenetic analysisbased on16S rDNAsequences.Cellulase,protease,lipaseproducing strainswere screened onselective mediums,and the D/d value ofinhibitionzone and enzyme activitywere determinated forcomparing the ability ofenzyme production ofstrains.The intesti
6、nalbacteriasisolated fromA.pernyilarvaebelong toBacillus,StaphylococcusandEnterobacter.Among them,Bacillusisthe main bacteria and the main enzymeproducing bacteria whichcouldproducecellulase and protease,maximumD/d and enzyme activity,1.5 and 5.0,100U/ml and 24U/mlrespectively;Staphylococcu
