2、culture,environmentalprotectionandothersareas.Inthispaper,thepreparationofkonjacglucomanno-oligosaccharidesbyEMRWassmdiexionthefollowingaspects.Theestablishmentofplatformthatplate-typeenzymemembranereactorwasforincompatiblesolid—liquidreactionwasstudied.Thechoiceandn
3、atureofpolyethersulFIhone(PES)flatultrafiltrationmembranewasalsostudied.Duringtheprocessofselectingmembraneintheory,absoletremovalratingofreactionproductsshouldbe0,andabsoletremovalratingofenzymeshouldbe100%completelytoenSUreenzymetostayatreactionsystem.Theresultssho
4、wedthatabsoletremovalratingofmolecularweightcut-off(MWCO)5KDPESflatultrafiltrationmembranetoneutralIj-mannanaseandkonjacflourwereverygood.KonjacflourWasusedforthesubstrate,glucomanno-oligosaccharideswerepreparedbyEMRwitllneuralp-mannanase.ThetotalCOntentofTRSandprodu
5、ctsbetweenenzymemembranereactorandintermittentreactionwereCOmpared.Inthewholereactionprocess,ThetotalCOntentofTRSinenzyil硷membranereactorWasalwaysmorethanthatoneinintermittentreaction.RwasfoundtObe10%higherthanthatofintermittentreactionin135rain.Theproductsweredetect
6、edbyfluorophore-assistedcarbohydrateelectrophoresis(FACE),peneuationendproductsfromenzymemembranereactOrcontained9differentcomponents.Thecomponenttypesofinterceptendproductsfromenzymemembranereactorandintermittentreactionproductswerebasicallythesame,bothwerefoundtoco
7、ntain14differentCOmponents.DetectionbyHPLCshowedthatinpenetrationendproductsfromellZymemembranereactor'theCOntentoftrisaccharideiShigher,buttheCOntentofrelativelyhighdegreeofpolymerizationsugarwashigherinintermittentreactionproducts.UPLC—MS/MSdetectionshowedthatpenet
