2、treatmentofTension-TypeHeadachebyMeta-analysis.MethodsSearchedandcollectedclinicalexperimentsinChinesepatentmedicineusedinthetension-typeheadacheroundlythroughinternet,establishedinclusioncriteriaandexclusioncriteria,filtratedqualifiedresearches,evaluatedthequalityofthe

3、qualifiedresearchesbyusingtheJadadstandardofperfection,madetestsforhomogeneity,Meta-analysis,funnelplotsanalysis.Results6literaturesincluding495caseswerebroughtintoMeta-analysis.22HeterogeneitytestshowedthatChiwas7.93andIwas37%(P=0.16>0.05)indicatingthatthese6literature

4、sareingoodhomogeneity.SofixedeffectmodelwasusedandtheresultsshowedthatORwas8.10and95%CIwas[4.73,13.88](P<0.00001)andthediamondwaslocatedintherightofinvalidline(OR=1)completelyindicatingthatChinesepatentmedicine(yangxueqingnaogranule)hassignificantdifferencewithwesternme

5、dicineinthetreatmentoftension-typeheadache.ConclusionMeta-analysisresultshowsthatChinesepatentmedicineyangxueqingnaogranulefortension-typeheadachehascertaincurativeeffect.However,theevidenceisnotstrongenoughduetotheinsufficientcasesofclinicaltrials,andthelowqualitiesofl
