7、要求教师不仅要具备广博的知识和教学技能,还要有独立思考的能力、善于就教育教学实践中碰到的问题进行分析的研究能力,以及指导学生在研究过程中主动获取知识的能力。素质教育和研究性学习需要具有综合素质的研究型教师。师范生是未来的人民教师,师范生的发展前途应当是研究型教师。在教师教育的研究体系中,师范生教育科研能力的培养是研究型教师培养的子课题。因此具有综合创新能力的科研型师资成为师范生培养的新标准,教育科学研究能力的培养在整个职前教师教育中的重要性与作用日益凸现出来。【1】今后,教师作为素质教育的主力军不再是过去那种单纯知识传授型的“能干的教书匠",而应该提升为科研型
