1、摘要上海师范大学硕上学位论文第四部分重点探讨了适用利益衡量时应当遵循的几点原则，并把利益衡量的具体操作过程分为三个阶段：利益的调查与分析、利益的权衡与取舍、结论的论证与修正。关键词：利益冲突利益衡量实质判断ABSTRACTWiththedevelopmentofreformingandopeningup，theinterests’patternofoursocietyhasundergoneprofoundchanges．Howtorationalizethestructureofbenefitdistrib
