1、中文摘要汽车作为一种特殊的集合性产品，除车身制造和装配上由整车企业自己完成外，大部分零部件则由供应商提供。如何确保供应商提供的零部件或原材料符合要求，实现产品质量持续改进，减少采购成本，已成为汽车整车企业的重要研究课题。做好对供应商的评价选择与管理工作，是汽车整车企业积极应对竞争，提高企业核心竞争力的关键因素之一。本文试对如何对零部件供应商进行科学的评价选择和管理进行论述。根据我国汽车产业现状，论文详细分析了汽车制造企业与零部件供应商之间的关系，分析了汽车产业供应链的结构和特点、零部件供应商的分类、零部件供应商与汽车制造企业

2、间关系的实质、汽车零部件供应商的开发流程等；将汽车制造企业零部件供应商分为两类：一类是一般供应商，一类是伙伴型供应商，分别建立了不同的评价指标体系，并且用基于层次分析法(AHP)的线性规划模型对一般供应商进行评价选择，用网络分析法(ANP)对伙伴型供应商进行评价选择。论文研究了供应商的管理，提出了供应商选择的风险和供应商管理的重要性，最后给出了几点管理建议。关键词：汽车制造企业零部件供应商供应商选择ABSTRACTlheautomotlVecomp砌es，asapr0Viderofspecialassembledproduc
