1、硕士学位论文活化淋巴细胞免疫之俩对不明原凶复发性流产疗效和机制的探讨活化淋巴细胞免疫治疗对不明原因复发性流产疗效和机制的探讨学位申请人：曹明珠专业：妇产科学导师：陶欣副主任医师摘要目的：探讨活化淋巴细胞主动免疫治疗对不明原因复发性流产的疗效的机制。方法：从2008年3月N2009年3月，共收治不明原因复发性流产病人58例，依病人意愿分为常规淋巴细胞免疫治疗组(A组)和活化淋巴细胞免疫治疗组(B组)，A组为28例，B组为30例，两组病人各临床资料经均衡检验P>O．05。A组行常规淋巴细胞免疫治疗，B组行IL-2、IL-12体外活化淋巴细胞免疫治疗。两组分别于治疗

2、前、治疗后用ELASA法检测封闭抗体和用流式细胞术法检测Thl／Th2的变化；并随访分析治疗后妊娠成功率和再次妊娠成功率。结果：治疗后B组的封闭抗体转阳牢明显高于A组(PO．05)。治疗前两组患者的Thl／Th2差异无统计学意义(P>0．05)：治疗后两组的Thl均下降，Th2比例均增加，且B组的Thl／Th2平衡的改善比A组更明显(P<0．05)，差异具有统计学意义。封闭抗体转刚的患者中，两组患者的Thl／Th2平衡均有改善，硕士学位论文活化淋巴细胞免疫之俩
